We have whole chicken as well as all cuts of meat; breast, thighs, tenders, wings, drumsticks, bone broth backs, hearts, livers, and feet. We raise our chickens on regenerative farm pastures, no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used. We only farm with Organic practices. We also only feed our animals Organic and non GMO feeds. In the process of getting certified Organic. We have all individual cuts and take custom orders for whole chickens which are all available to shop in our farm store by appointment only, at your convenience. We raise certified Angus grass fed beef on our regenerative family farm. We do not give them antibiotics or hormones of any kind. Any treatment needed is done holistically with Organic and herbal methods. They are born and raised on our farm here in Carthage so we know what is going into them from start to finish. We feed hay in the winter and as needed such as during times of draught. We do not grain finish them with corn and confinement. They are on pasture 24/7, however they get some certified Organic soy free grain here and there as needed based on the weather and conditions of grass. They get free access to salt and other minerals. No chemicals at all are used on our farm. We do not use vaccines, antibiotics, steroids or hormones. We believe animals should live a healthy and happy life from beginning to end. We only use humane processing facilities for our meats, we go above and beyond to make sure they have the best quality of life all the way through. We do whole, half, and quarters of beef. As well as all individual cuts which are all available to shop in our farm store by appointment only, at your convenience. We raise a variety of heritage breeds of pigs on our regenerative family farm to include IPP, Tammworth, and Berkshire/Hampshire. All of our pigs are born and raised right here on the farm so we have control over what goes into them from start to finish. They spend their whole lives in the grass, and mud. All of the animals on our farm get certified Organic and non-GMO feed from day one. They get extra minerals and probiotics in their diets as well. When any treatment is necessary we do so with holistic and Organic methods. They do not get any antibiotics or vaccinations. They live healthy and happy lives. From the beginning of life to the end we use humane practices, we believe that all of our animals should live healthy and happy lives. We only use humane processing facilities for our meats, we go above and beyond to make sure they have the best quality of life all the way through. We sell half and whole hogs, as well as all cuts of meat which are available for shopping at our farm store.
